End-User License Agreement
The terms that govern access to and use of ThreeCo's business application and its integrations, including QuickBooks Online.
Last updated: August 2, 2026
About this agreement
This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a contract between you and 3 Co. Corporation, doing business as ThreeCo, a commercial electrical contractor based at 3718 Robinson Pike Rd, Grandview, MO 64030 ("ThreeCo," "we," "us"). It governs your access to and use of ThreeCo's internal business application — our customer, project, scheduling, estimating, invoicing, and accounting-integration software (the "Application").
By accessing or using the Application, you agree to this Agreement. If you are using the Application on behalf of ThreeCo as an employee, contractor, or authorized representative, you agree to it on your own behalf and confirm you have authority to use the Application for ThreeCo's business. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
Who may use the Application
The Application is an internal business tool intended solely for ThreeCo and its authorized personnel. It is not a consumer product and is not offered for public sign-up. Access is granted at ThreeCo's discretion and may be limited, changed, or revoked at any time.
License grant
Subject to this Agreement, ThreeCo grants authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Application for ThreeCo's internal business purposes only. No other rights are granted.
Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Use the Application for any purpose other than ThreeCo's legitimate business
- Access data you are not authorized to access, or share your credentials with anyone
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Application
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where the law expressly permits it
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application, its infrastructure, or connected services
- Use the Application to violate any applicable law or the terms of any connected third-party service
Accounts and security
Access is authenticated through our identity provider. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access.
QuickBooks Online integration
The Application can connect to Intuit QuickBooks Online ("QuickBooks") so that ThreeCo's estimates, invoices, customers, and payment records stay in sync with our accounting books. When an authorized administrator connects the Application to a QuickBooks company, the integration is authorized through Intuit's OAuth 2.0 consent flow — we never see or store your Intuit login credentials.
Through this integration the Application accesses and exchanges accounting data such as customers, invoices, items, tax details, and payment status, solely to create and reconcile ThreeCo's own business records. We use this data only for ThreeCo's internal accounting and invoicing and do not sell it or use it for advertising. Access tokens are encrypted at rest, and the connection can be revoked at any time — from within the Application or from your Intuit account — after which the Application stops accessing QuickBooks.
Your use of QuickBooks is also governed by Intuit's own terms and privacy policy. ThreeCo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Intuit, and "QuickBooks" and "Intuit" are trademarks of Intuit Inc. How we handle information generally is described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party services
The Application relies on third-party providers (for example, our hosting, email, accounting, and document-storage vendors) to operate. Those services are governed by their own terms, and ThreeCo is not responsible for their acts or omissions.
Intellectual property
The Application, including its software, design, and content, is owned by ThreeCo and protected by intellectual-property laws. This Agreement grants a license to use the Application; it does not transfer any ownership.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that data synced with connected services will always be accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThreeCo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Application — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Application will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Term and termination
This Agreement applies for as long as you use the Application. We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, including if you violate this Agreement. On termination, your license ends and you must stop using the Application. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — survive termination.
Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated to active users. Continuing to use the Application after a change means you accept the updated Agreement.
Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
