If something in a building you already have has failed, is failing, or needs looking after, it is Service & Maintenance, and an emergency goes straight to the phone. If the question is light or energy — fixtures, controls, solar, batteries, EV chargers — it is Lighting & Renewable.

Plenty of jobs touch more than one. A tenant build-out is new construction inside a building that then needs maintaining; a panel or service upgrade is often the first step of an EV charger or solar project.
